Miller Fabrication Solutions, a manufacturer for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), recently added a fourth manufacturing facility in the Brookville Industrial Park.

The company has three other facilities in Brookville and Homer City. The new 186,000 square foot Pine Creek facility will be used to expand component production and meet the company’s future automation goals. The company will hire welders, machinists, general laborers, maintenance professionals and others in manufacturing functions.

“The Pine Creek plant strengthens our growth position with the consolidation of parts production at this plant and the opportunity to streamline welding, machining and assembly productivity at our other three facilities” , said company president Eric D. Miller. “This more than 35% increase in shop floor space will give us the scale to examine how automated devices, autonomous vehicles and other technologies can streamline production beyond what we currently have. “

Founded in 1963, Miller Fabrication Solutions provides high quality metal parts and assemblies to the construction, forestry, material handling, railroad equipment and other heavy industries. It employs approximately 400 people in western Pennsylvania.

In the 1980s, the company expanded its service coverage to include industrial fabrication, assembly and finishing.

FABRICATOR Magazine has named Miller one of America’s Top Metal Fabricators for the past four years.
