Semtech acquires Sierra Wireless

Semtech Corp., Camarillo CA, a leading global provider of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors and advanced algorithms, announced a definitive agreement to acquire Vancouver-based Sierra Wireless Inc., a global supplier of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.
